Burt's Bees Soap Wrappers
Replacing Burt’s Bees soap packaging with tree-free paper TerraSkin.
TerraSkin’s natural barrier properties and excellent print quality made it a perfect fit and allowed Burt’s Bees to eliminate their previous double-layer wrapping system.
Objective:
To convert packaging to tree-free TerraSkin, while reducing materials and improving quality.
Result:
The amount of packaging used was reduced by 50%.
TerraSkin proved to be an excellent medium, with better performance in both barrier properties and print quality.
The soap wrapper recently won the Silver Award in the PAC (Packaging Association of Canada) Sustainable Packaging Leadership Awards.
